Our Approach to Relationships
We built this lab for anyone who has stared at a phone wondering what a message really meant. Our job is to explain the why, clearly and kindly, and let you decide what to do with it.
What we do
Mediapandabulletinree breaks modern dating into short, data-led modules. Each one starts with a familiar moment — the slow reply, the undefined relationship, the late-night swipe session — and connects it to research from attachment theory, social psychology and couples science.
How we work
Evidence first
We draw on peer-reviewed research and established researchers, including John Bowlby, Mary Ainsworth, Cindy Hazan and Phillip Shaver, John and Julie Gottman, Arthur Aron, and survey organisations such as Pew Research Center. Where evidence is thin or debated, we say so.
No judgement, no clichés
We don't label people as "toxic" or tell you what you "should" want. Patterns are described as strategies people use to feel safe, which is what the research suggests they are.
Independence
We are not affiliated with any dating app, matchmaking service, clinic or university. We accept no sponsored content and use no affiliate links.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, tell us at [email protected]. We correct errors promptly and note significant changes.
